Second Annual Board Meeting

GMT Vocational Foundation Holds Second Annual Board Meeting

The GMT Vocational Foundation held its second annual board meeting, bringing together board members, partners, and community supporters to review accomplishments and set priorities for the year ahead.

Now in our second year of awarding student scholarships, the Foundation continues to strengthen its mission of supporting hands-on career education through initiatives like Give Me TEN and other work-based learning programs.

During the meeting, the board discussed realigning the Foundation’s mission and vision statements to reflect continued growth and expanding impact. Members also reviewed updates to the scholarship application process to enhance accessibility and fairness, and explored future funding opportunities to sustain and expand programming across multiple career pathways.

As the Foundation continues to connect education, business, and community, we remain focused on building tomorrow’s skilled workforce—one student at a time.
